Axis P5512-E Outdoor PTZ Network Dome Camera 0410-001

The Axis P5512-E Outdoor PTZ Network Dome Camera is easy to install as it supports standard Power over Ethernet which allows power, video and PTZ control to be run on one cable, and is also a reliable outdoor camera with an IP66 rating ensuring protection against dust, rain and snow. Using a 1/4" CCD image sensor and both H.264 and MJPEG compression, the P5512-E delivers image resolutions of up to 704x576 pixels. With Day/Night functionality, the P5512-E can record colour images down to a minimum illumination of 1 lux, at which point the camera automatically switches to black and white in which it will then operate down to a minimum illumination of 0.3 lux. The P5512-E also features Axis's Advanced Gatekeeper functionality which allows the camera to automatically move to a preset position i.e. zoom in to capture a license plate, when motion is detected in a pre-defined area, and then return to the home position after a set time. The Pan Tilt Zoom functionality of the P5512-E allows for a pan of 360°, a tilt of 180° and up to 48x auto-focused zoom (12x Optical, 4x Digital).
