Moving Luxriot from old server to new server

Hi, just wondered if anyone has moved a registered copy of Luxriot from an old server to a new one.

I found the guide on their website to moving the camera settings between servers (copy the access database), however, moving the licence seems a bit more tricky - it says that the key has already been used if I try and enter it on the new server.

Any ideas?

Did you purchase this Luxriot licence via use-IP?
If so we can arrange for you to be allowed to re-activate it.
