Axis T91B21 bracket Review by Joe McCallion

Ease of use
We have used this bracket to mount an Axis M1135 camera on, and have found it to be a better option than the bracket that comes as standard with the camera, why this one dosent come as standard is a mystery. This bracket gives you the option to cover over a rear cable entry point. (Posted on 22 July 2020)

Solid mounting but power cable exposed Review by Laurence Hawcroft

Ease of use
This is a very solid mounting - actually a lot more solid than is needed for a little camera such as am M1065.

However the really strange thing about this mounting is that it makes no allowance for the power cable to the camera. It has little cutouts so you can conceal the power cable going in at the wall mount. But then it does not allow the power cable to be fed along the inside of the pillar to the end where the camera is fitted. The cable has to be fed out of the bracket where the base meets the mounting pillar - there is no way to feed it along the inside of the pillar and then out at the end next to the camera.

A bizarre piece of design which means the power cable just hangs loosely along the pillar length, leaving an untidy finish and making it trivial to kill the camera with a quick snip from a pair of pliers. (Posted on 20 May 2018)
