I've seen a youtube video where you can do that, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.
I get a bit of light from streetlights abut 30m away so I very rarely see my lights ever come on, I have the colorvu G2 4MP ones
well I finally got there. I tried all your suggestions, more than once, and got nowhere. was just about to give up and did one more final logging out and restating the app and then it's finally decided to work! must have just been a glitch

cameras are DS-2CD2347G2-LU, NVR is a DS-7604NI-K1/4P(b).
Initially I was accessing the camera settings vie the web browser, but I did go up into the loft to try on the monitor, but i couldn't find "camera parameters" ...
yea all cameras connected to an NVR. I've just been into the video audio settings of the 3rd camera (that won't play sound on IVMS4500) and changed sub stream to video and audio, but that doesn't make a difference, still no sound on my phone
one of my cameras won't play sound when I view it using IVMS 4500 on my phone. the other 2 are fine.
if I view any camera using IVMS 4200 or web browser, sound is fine.
I've checked all the cameras and the settings are identical (logged into each camera, configuration, video / audio)
thanks, I got there in the end. went to the monitor and found somewhere to put the right password in, I think I just changed it from plug & play to manual, then put the right password in.
thats enough for tonight, still needs a lot of setting up but I've ran out of enthusiasm!
well I have no Idea what happened, All I did was go up on the roof, unplug my old cam, and plug the new one in, and then fitted it, whilst up there I logged into the app on my phone to adjust the view and it asked for my stream verification key or whatever it is. put in the one I normally use...
ok, just got another new camera, trying to update the firmware on it. when I try and log in, it says incorrect password. I don't remember this happening with the other cameras? have I missed a step?
I can't reset it by e-mail or using the questions because they haven't been set up.
I have this same question, but I want to be able to view using a web browser. is that possible? I'm a bit amazed that I have been searching for answers on the internet and trying out things with my cameras and NVR for 4-5 days now and cannot get anything to work, if you look on paper I have...
