Thanks, I got it working by installing Visual C ++ 2013. Apparently this is what contains the msvcp120.dll. I find it bizarre that iVMS 4200 requires such an old version of Microsoft visual to operate.
I’m having this issue, we have windows 10 pro with the latest updates available any advice on how to resolve would be great! I can’t seem to find the media feature pack?

Your device MAC address will not travel over the internet so MAC filtering will only work on the LAN. IP filtering will work over the internet, this would be the external IP address of the site you wish to connect from not a private/LAN IP. You would need a static IP from your ISP.

If you're trying to increase the data rate and want better quality with less compression, why do you need H265+? why not just use H264 and set the max bit rate as desired..
Avoid opening ports. what about a VPN?
If you changed admin name, multiple failed logins with the wrong username would surely still lock out the account?
