Hello, I think that you won't need IE anymore just use Google chrome with IE tab (Click to download) extension and you will able to connect to the NVR and configure it as using IE. ;)

you have to look for the way of resetting the camera, read the manual guide that comes with the camera package or download it from the official site or contact the support. ;)
