HI All, I have my NVR 7608 and i have changed from Virgin (static ip) to another provider (dynamic ip) however on the network settings which shows the port numbers its not pulling through the external IP and despite setting up all the port fwd etc on the new router im still not getting any...

I had no options under "camera" option at all. also when I was using IVMS4200 and went into the management - remote access menu. half of the nvr setting were not showing up ( see post NVR Remote access on IVMS-4200 on windows) downgrading to the last ver3 fixed it.. so not sure if there...

so downgrading the nvr back to 3.4.99 build 180324 has resolved the issue..

going back to 3.4.99 resolved the issue so I assume I cant use v4 or higher?

hi yep ive tried changing the resolution via the NVR and going into the camera directly itself.

HI All I noticed this in the past with a camera (mainly at night when night vision is on) that it would flash and reset itself (as the picture would go dark and brighten up as the IR nightvision resets and kicks back in). A simple FW upgrade on the camera in question resolved this issue...
