Okay, I found how to factory reset one of the dome cameras which I happen to have. However, I have a couple of the other bullet type cameras that don't appear to have any visible reset buttons on them.

I imagine I'll find the answer on Google somewhere, I'll have a look.

In SADP, do I need to have the "enable HIK-connect " box checked?

Okay, I think I'm going to need to uninstall all the cameras and literally try and get this box back to how it was when I unpacked it. I'm not going anywhere at the moment. I would have thought that if I have put the box back to default than it would have automatically found the cameras.
