I tried to do it in IVMS 4200 for Mac I go to device management then remote config, then event, then line crossing. No image there even though I get one in main view and remote playback?

Any way to set up line crossing on a Mac? MacOS Big Sur in particular? Live view doesn't work in the browser, either safari or chrome. How can I set up line crossing as I have no image?

Appears I should've been looking at G5 firmware. Can't see any (C) at the end of my part number though. So confusing!

The upgrade hasn't made any difference. Surely someone else has run into this problem before?

I’ve just realised my mothers is the (B) version but mine is not? Obtained from the same source?

My mothers is on V4.30.055 build 201111 Says no new version available on Hik Connect Mine is on V4.31.102 build 210626 I’ve just updated mine via Hik Connect so now says no new version available. I’m not at home though so can’t check if that’s solved my problems

It is the same NVR as my mothers. I’m not sure on firmware version of each to be honest without checking. DS-7604NI-K1/4P

I found a similar thread on here with someone having what seems like the same problem. Fixed by updating NVR firmware. Maybe I’ll try that as that could be causing the problem?

Thanks, it is already enabled. I think it's something to do with being on the wrong IP pool maybe? My Macbook IP is 192.168.1.105 NVR is 192.168.1.250 Cameras are 192.168.254.2(or .3 or .4) I can change the cameras IP below? Should I and will it cause problems? What to change to?
