Ah okay. Your cameras are not a manufacturer I have experience with I'm afraid, but my first thought was potentially a cabling issue, especially if they're mounted outdoors, as this tends to be the main cause of intermittent camera dropouts.
Power cycle your cameras and the router perhaps.
There was an issue with the 4MP cameras in which the camera would not be able to upload a capture if it was larger than a certain filesize. This was often exceeded during the day, when the scene is more complex, compared to night when the scene is much more basic.
It sounds like what you may be...
That could be any number of reasons, we'd need to know some more information to help.
What cameras are they?
How are they all connected to your network?
Don't worry, any camera connected directly to the back of a Hikvision DVR or NVR will not show up in SADP, as they're on the NVRs own internal NIC. An analogue camera won't because it's analogue, it's not sending network traffic.
In the past, it hasn't been possible to view any stream or make any configuration changes via a Smart TV as they typically could not support the Web Components plugin. Only way is to give it a try I suppose.
Not sure why the password would flag up as incorrect unless you were entering it incorrectly
Have you disabled the PIR alarm? The 3MP and 4MP versions of this camera have a built-in PIR alarm that will, by default, play an audible siren whenever it is triggered.
It's likely to be an alarm exception, relating to the HDD. Check each alarm exception option and untick Audible Warning as an...

I've just had a look through the usual places and couldn't find a later version for that camera I'm afraid.
You may want to drop an email to Hikvision's technical support team directly - they can potentially give you a custom firmware or beta firmware which includes the feature
Unfortunately, the time has finally arrived.
As of Mozilla Firefox v52.0 released on March 7th, NPAPI plugins are no longer supported. This means that, much like Google Chrome, Hikvision users will no longer be able to successfully install the web browser plugin required to view their cameras...
Try using a wired connection from your laptop to your router. Wifi connections tend to cause firmware updates to fail. Try also disabling any anti-virus / software firewall that may be active for a brief period.
You'll want to make sure you upgrade from 5.2.0 to 5.3.0 first before 5.3.0 to 5.4.0
It's definitely interesting that you contacted Hikvision support and they still claim Firefox as a functional browser.
This weekend, Firefox updated to v52.0 which officially discontinues support for NPAPI plugins
Like Chrome, this means that Firefox will no longer be a usable browser with...
