I found that the issue is on the app. If you go into Hikconnect app, then click on the settings icon next to the nvr picture. in there you will see settings for notification schedule. switch that on and set the schedule for 24 hours a day, and you can switch the notifications off and on...

What are the thoughts for 5.5.150....? safe to upgrade....? I currently have all my camera on 5.5.134..... is it better to stick with this for now...?

Hi all. Has anybody else had issues since upgrading to iOS 14? Since doing the upgrade on phone, it’s stopped triggering notifications and events from the cameras in our setup to the app. when I go into the app it says notifications are enabled but they are no longer coming through. ideas? Matt

parity is restored in the world... for some reason the notification schedule bit in the HIK Connect app didnt have any time blocks selected. as soon as i did this it is fine again. wonder if a recent app upgrade reset this. anyway, all is good!

Hi - yep, tried this today after your suggestion but it hasn't made a difference. notifications still not triggering to phone. yet they were working just fine before.
