I can’t say I much experience with the K4 as my ANPR is running on a I2. Have you tried logging on camera directly an clicked on to the Road Traffic tab then click on Detection Configuration make sure you have ticked enable an set up the area with the detection lines.

Just seeing if anyone else has had any the following problems. Put the camera in to the highest resolution, when the siren or strobe is activated it returns to a smaller resolution? I’ve also noticed by setting up the camera in the web view setting Video & Audio to recorded it will work fine...

Thats ok your more than welcome. I haven’t yet mine is in 2.8mm where the last camera was a 4mm I will need to get hold off a 4mm at some point. I think the problem is that a lot of suppliers don’t have the stock an are waiting for stock to come in.
