Just install the version 3 firmware as per the usual upgrade procedure. The NVR will reset to factory defaults so best to do it at a time where you have everything ready to set up the NVR again

The wizard is just a subset of the menus found within the NVR. So all settings found during the wizard will be available in other menus of the NVR
