Hi, im getting a "Parameter error" whilst trying to configure the vga/hdmi to display a selection of cameras on a loop. This NVR has 2 x HDMI slots and I've been able to configure the HDMI 2 slot fine. Can anybody shed some light to why I cannot configure the vga/hdmi Live view? Thanks

Sorry for late reply but the video you showed with 1 nvr piggy backing the other works a treat. I just needed to u/g the firmware to be able to add the nvr and channels required.

Hi, I've been having a few issues with a hdd in a hikvision nvr showing as failed but after a reboot it clears and shows fine. Today it now displays as uninitalized. How can I initalize this but still keep the content in the drive as the drive is full with recordings? Thanks Chris

Hi I've read you can have 2 x DS-9632NI-I8 with 1 active and the other in standby mode. It mentions about syncing the devices recordings then the standby will step in and take over recordings if the live one fails. What i need to know is do both units keep the same recordings on them as they...
