Hikvision app problem - unable to start playing

I am using hik vision app and after a hard drive issue and having to reset camera password due to customer messing up passwords when I start up the app there is 3 cameras on system camera 2 comes on straight away but cam 1 and 2 bring up unable to start playing and on the nvr monitor there is a orange triangle when clicked on it says d1 and d3 resolution or bitrate of substream not supported. Not sure if these 2 are connected but need some help never encountered this problem before???
 
What camera models and what are the resolution and bitstream set to in the NVR for those cams?
