Door Entry DS-KV6113-WPE1 constantly rebooting?

Hello!

I bought DS-KV6113-WPE1 and updated the software to the version from the link:

The next step was to upload the software from the link:

I decided to go back to the previous version from the first link.

The situation at the moment is that the device keeps rebooting after 15 seconds.

It is visible for a while in the ivms-4200 firmware.
The activate button is unavailable.
It has an ip address set as static by me.
There is not enough time before restarting to do anything.

I have suspicions that the solution could be a factory reset.
Is there a method to reset to factory settings from a level other than the ip connection.

Sorry edited my original post as I didn’t read that it was unstable, they don’t have a reset button like camera’s, so I hope someone can help.

Is your unit a (B)? Look on the box.
If I’m right you’ve put software on that runs differently has a different software structure so you probably cannot go back to the other, I hope you’ve not bricked it trying

Yes i model B.

Previously, the device worked on the software from link 1. I suspect that it is the fault of the configuration set on the software from link 2 that after returning to the software from link 1, the device does not get up.
Is the only option to contact the service?

To fix that issue in model B you need to:
- Copy correct firmware to sd card (fat32)
- power off DS-KV6113-WPE1
- insert card
- power on DS-KV6113-WPE1
- press a few time button
- wait until button stops flashing and DS-KV6113-WPE1 reset itself.
- good practice is to factory reset in the end.

I found it myself when i tried fix others problems like:
firmware 2.2.3 no video on the phone/tablet when ringing but card reader working ok.
firmware 2.2.45 video OK but no option to activate card reader.
in both cases no photo on notification when motion is detected.
looks like this is not grate piece of equipment!

What is the alternative, a similar and fully functional product for video ringtone + unlock on iOS and Android at the same time, and the price similar to Hikvision?
