Hello,

cctv device was using the old wifi connection at home and I was able to view images using mobile phone...
The recorder was connected to the internet hub using an ethernet cable connected to a wifi extender.
I had to get a new internet hub for the house and so the wifi setting has changed.
Questions:
1- How do I connect the recorder to the new wifi name
2- How to reset the mobile so that I can access the recorder once again?

Many thanks

Use Hikvision's SADP utility on a PC to find the NVR.
Your new router has probably implemented a new domain range.
Your NVR probably has a fixed IP address within the old network domain range.
Use SADP to set a valid IP address for the NVR under the new router.
You should then be able to browse to your NVR from a PC on the network - using Internet Explorer.

Hopefully, if you are using Hik-Connect on your mobile, once your NVR re-joins the network it'll be able to call home and update the Hik-Connect portal with its new credentials - if so, the App should then start working again.
