Adding two way audio to my Eyeball POE IP camera

I have a Qvis 5Mp POE IP camera (EYEVIP-5-FW) covering my front door connected to a Onyx Falcon FALC-NVR-8 OYN-X 8ch 5MP NVR.
I would like to install two way audio to it so I can hear and speak to delivery drivers via an app on my phone. What is the best way to achieve this? Should I try and connect a combination speaker/Mic directly to the camera which might be powered by the POE voltage or should I run a separate cable back from a mic/speaker to the NVR in my loft space? Its a fairly easy run of about 20m from the front door camera to the NVR.
Any ideas thoughts appreciated

My two penn'orth would be to buy a dedicated doorbell solution; Ring, Skybell, etc.
(probably not Ring, as they are currently mired in privacy giveaway scandals)

Thanks but as I already have a camera I just wanted to extend the use of that.
I think perhaps a cheap CB radio speaker (£6.99 from eBay) and a basic microphone with long lead might work.(Might need a little mono amp to power the speaker though). There is an audio in (Mic) and audio out (Speaker) on the DVR its whether it will work with the SuperLive Plus App.
