Advanced intruder detection of Hikvision and Synology

Hi all,

Got a couple of Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD cameras hooked up to a Synology; just wondered if anyone got the intrusion detection and line crossing working and reporting back to the Synology? Suspect they might only work with the Hikvision NVR, but thought I'd ask.

I’ve got this working with Hikvision DS-2CD2332 but I have not been able to get it working with any newer cameras.

I’ve brought this up to Synology several times and I just recently got fed up with their slackness, and posted on their forums.
