Best Practice Regarding Incorrect Date and Time on Sibell IP Camera

So the date and time are wrong on my two Sibell IP Cameras. Off by 1 hour. My NVR is showing the correct date and time. What is the best practice regarding date and time on the actual cameras? How do I change the date and time on my two security camera? Should they sync with NVR? Should date and time on camera’s be on or off?

I did not find a way to actually configure the date and time on the camera’s themselves via the Sibell NVR.
 
I'm not familiar with Sibell, its probably best to contact them or your reseller.

Normally the cameras would pick up their date & time from the NVR.
The NVR would be set to sync with an NTP server.
