Dear all, I have some EZVIZ cameras such as: CS-CV310, CS-CV246, CS-C1C, CS-CV206.
I do some following step with CS-CV246:
I use iVMS-4200 Lite to get the HTTP port and RTMP port of camera.
Then I forward 2 those ports in my router setting
However, when I check at canyouseeme.org, I receive the response: "Connection refused" for the HTTP port. However, the RTMP port is opened properly.
Please help me.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @eddieduy,

Which ports do you have set to open? Have you tried different ports?
Are the cameras working along or are they connected to a recorder? If they are, how?
Have you tried setting up the ports in the browser view?
Also, make sure that the firmware of everything is up-to-date :)

I tried with many different ports such as the default port for HTTP 80, 12329, 9091..... something like that. but all is the same.
I do not use the recorder, they work stand-alone. Now I am monitoring them via the EZVIZ app but I would like to do something more with them via IP address.
I don't know about the setting up ports in browser.
The firmware is up to date for all.

Thank you for your response. Please try to help me.

I'm not that well versed on EZVIS, so don't know what's actually achievable through the browser.

Have you tried the full version iVMS-4200, rather than the 'Lite'? We've seen strange issues with this version before.

Who is your ISP and what router do you have?
