Can't get the Microphone on my DS-2CD2347G1-LU to Work

Hi I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2347G1-LU 4MP ColorVu Fixed Turret Network Camera on a hikvision nvr but I can't get the microphone to work is there any settings I need to change

How do I log into the camera is it in the dvr or do I go I though another way cheers

Ok, you can access directly connected cameras on that NVR by enabling Virtual Host which creates a link to login directly to each camera.

If the camera was activated out of the box by directly connecting it to the NVR then it should be using the same password as the NVR.

Do you mean it is not accepting the password?

Can you share a screenshot of the login page that the virtual host link takes you to, including the address bar with the cameras IP address?

Ok, those initial screenshots are only the instructions to set up virtual host, you need to login to your NVR with a browser and follow the steps in that guide to enable the virtual host links for your directly connected cameras.

Is that the login page for the NVR or the directly connected cameras? If you are unsure can you please copy the IP address from the browser address bar and paste it into a response here.

Open a browser (Internet Explorer works best), enter the IP address displayed in SADP (192.168.0.16), and then enter the username and password you set the NVR up with when you first installed it. If you don't know this password you will need to contact your original seller/installer to get them to process a password reset for you.
