Changing default screen layout?

I've searched and can't find a link anywhere, so here goes.

I have the 8 port 4G HIK NVR - essentially I want to present just two cameras on a narrow wide-screen monitor. I have all the presets you'd expect in the admin.screen, just seems odd that HIK don't let you have free reign on your own settings.

Any suggestions?
