Colorvu 4mp turret camera added to my ds-7608ni-i2 NVR - A couple of issues?

Just added another colorvu 4mp turret to my ds-7608ni-i2 nvr.
I for some reason are not getting sound. I think the audio is ticked ( video audio) correctly.

Also the led is coming on when line detection is set. No light or trigger on app unlike the other turret I have.

On the nvr have you made sure to un-mute the camera on the live view?

Not too sure about your LED issue but regardless I would update the camera firmware and see if that resolves your issues.

Yes, updating the firmware is a good idea, the latest firmware for 2xx7G2 models is v5.5.160

I found the substream was set to video and not video and audio.
