If an Input is set up as a combination alarm will the input still be triggered by a hard wired connectio?

Hi @RBW,

We're not that familiar with that Combination Alarms yet, I'm looking in to this though.

Which camera is this in reference to, is this about the Acusense cameras that combine a siren and strobe?

Could you post the document which that screenshot was taken from please?

So, looks like the combined alarm function just means that if events are selected select events in Combined Alarm list, linkage action can only be triggered when the alarm input and other events happen simultaneously.

In answer to your question, no, a hard wired connection will not trigger the alarm input. The hard wired connected detector has to be triggered when a different specified special event occurs, but all alarm inputs are still recorded in the NVR's log.
