Configuration of NVR-4208-8P-4KS2?

Hi ,
I have this NVR and connected a few cams to it and I am testdriving before I mount all.
I have tha cams registered at the NVR without issues and I have set in AI a tripwire in IVS and also added tripwire t the Smartplan.
In the preview I can see the tripwire blink when someone crosses the line.
in the AI search I can find the tripwire events in tiles. But that is not too convenient. some times I see images in this screen but not always.

But in search panel I only see the green bar at the bottom where you can scroll through the time.
But I do not see the events here

What am I doing wrong?? Could anyone help?

Try updating the camera firmware and initialize the camera.
