Do Hilook cameras work with Hikvision NVR?

I have a DS-7604 NI-K1(b) With an empty port and was wondering if a Hilook POE camera would work with the NVR?

Probably - we never get hans-on with Hi-Look nor HiWatch
But I'm sure you will find mentions here in the forum of people using them together.
