Hi,

We bought this camera almost a year ago

The problem we have is the lack of infrared on the Front gate image compared to our other cameras.
Could this be a faulty infrared or lack of height? the Patio and Front Gate cameras are the same height.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks

What is the object on the right-hand side of that front gate image? Can it be moved out of the cameras field of view?

Objects that are very close to the camera can end up absorbing & reflecting lots of the cameras IR back towards the camera and to try and cope with the brightness of the reflection off of that object the camera reduces the sensor's sensitivity and this makes the rest of the scene very dark, so if you can remove that object from the cameras field of view you should see a substantial improvement in the IR performance.
