DS-7608NI-K1 - missing image settings and PTZ menu entry missing (firmware v4.30)

Hello guys , i'm having this NVR: DS-7608NI-K1 / 8P(B)
After upgrading my NVR firmware from 3.XX version to V4.30.010 build 200715 i have the following issues:

- the Image settings menu entry shows only 3 editable settings: brightness,comparison,saturation
- no PTZ menu item on the left menu

Are there any extra changes that i need to set in order for the Image settings to go back to normal (be more detailed, as it used to) and the 'PTZ' menu to be visible again ?

What browser are you using?

I had the same issue recently but after restarting my computer, the problem went away.

i'm using chrome/IE for windows 10 20H2

If you use internet explorer, you will probably find what you are missing in chrome.
