Witam, zaktualizowałem mój DS-7608NI-K2 bez poe 2 tygodnie temu do 4.30.005 i hik connect jest offline
Hik Connect wersja 3.4.109 jest online, każda nowsza aktualizacja oprogramowania, Hik Connect jest offline
Mam 4 urządzenia, każde w innej sieci i mam to samo na każdym z nich
Reset sieci nie pomaga Reset do ustawień fabrycznych też nie pomaga
Co jeszcze mogę zrobić
Wsparcie hikvision nie odpowiada

I have 4 devices, each on a different network, and I have the same on each of them
Network reset doesn't help Factory reset doesn't help either
What else can I do
Hikvision support is not responding)
 
Hi @Gtreg

First thing, it does look like you are running an old version of the Hik-Connect app so I would recommend downloading the latest version from the Hikvision App Store

Ok, If the app is up-to-date then I would recommend you unbind the NVR from Hik-Connect and then reconnect the device to your Hik-Connect account by logging into the Hik-Connect Web Portal (log in using your app username & password) and add the NVR using its serial number.
