DS-7716NI-K4 - Camera Port 6 Stopped Working

Hi there,

I have just moved offices and and camera port 6 on my DS-7716NI-K4 has stopped working. Just says that the network is unreachable.

I have tried multiple cables and cameras and nothing seems to work on port 6.

I have plug the same cameras and cables into different ports and works fine.

Using a network cable tester, wire 4 seems to fail when connected to the box. Testing the same cable using both ends of the network tester, all 8 wires test fine.

Any advise would be gratefully be appreciated.

Not much we can add I'm afraid, you seem to have tested it quite thoroughly, so it does seem to have failed
If you need the full camera count, I would anticipate that you'd be able to add a camera to your general LAN and add it manually to the NVR.
