DS-KB8112-IM Triggers a Physical Bell?

Hi everyone,

Struggling to find a doorbell that matchs my requisites that are:

Must have:

• Ethernet Port 10/100M - Protocol IP
• Monitoring through Android APP
• Relay Output -> when the doorbell button is pressed a physical chime rings
• Relay Output -> for door opening (nive to have)
• RSTP (nice to have)
• SIP (nice to have)
• Don't want a doorbell exclusively with wi-fi, want wired.
• Don't want a inside station screen.

Add info:

• Currently i have a home automation with KNX protocol
• Have a NVR Hikvision but the 8 POE ports are already used

But not sure about the relay about the physical chime, however found this in the firmware release pag3 point 8.:

Anyone with experience in this doorbell? The Output relay can triggers when the button is pressed?
Any suggestions?
