Door Entry DS-KD8003 How to call the IVMS 4200 software?

yeah, now when someones pressed the doorbell, i just have 1 simple "knock knock" notification for 3 seconds, the same kind of a notification like a text message or email, thats more then enough for me...

after the 3 seconds, no sound anymore, but still ringing in vibrate , thats ideal for me, so i can still pickup offcourse

Under Intercom->Dial you have call notification center. This option enables calls to IVMS4200.

Master station is something other.

I am having the same issue right now. Calls come through fine through the indoor touchscreens, but do not ring through the IVMS4200 software. I followed the instructions on setting up template1 to 24/7 CENTER schedule, and then enabled the schedule in the "press button to call" section. I cant find anywhere the "Dial" section to enable "Call Notification Center"
 
On newer FW you create schedule and choose it.
