DS-KH6320-WTE1 not working with DS-2CD2142FWD-IS via DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A?

Hello,

I have a DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A (IP from this device is 192.168.1.130).
I connect 3 cameras DS-2CD2142FWD-IS to this NVR via PoE Ports.
So in this case, the 3 cameras get the IP 192.168.254.2, 192.168.254.3 and 192.168.254.4.
I can reach these cameras via a web browser with 192.168.1.130:65001 / 65002 or 65003.

I have also the Indoor Station DS-KH6320-WTE1 with the IP 192.168.1.132.

So, my question is:
How can I connect the three cameras which are connected to my NVR with my Indoor Station?
What do I have to configure?

Hi,

There is an option on the station to add but the icon is not very visible.

have a look at this video tutorial on youtube. That should be the easiest way to add them.

Once you find the add section, all you have to do is type the ip address and the log in details and the camera will be added.
Repeat for each camera.

If you have multiple indoor stations they should sync up and appear on them.

You need to use substream not bigger that 640x340 ( or lower ). And H264 must be encoding.

This really helped me, I have been struggling for days trying to figure out how to add cameras connected to my NVR. However, I really dislike that I have to disable encryption key in HikConnect platform access configuration. This is something that I want to avoid so I hope they will add support for the encryption key to the indoor station in the future firmware versions.
