Dvr keeps restarting

Hi I have a hikvision cctv my model number is DS-7604NI-SE-P don't no if it needs firmware updates or the hard drive is on its way out please help

The latest firmware for your NVR is available here:
DOWNLOAD PORTAL

You may be able to see some clue in the NVR's logs or HDD health in the Configuration section.
