Electric gate Lock for use with my Hikvision door-entry system?

OK ! Having got my DS-KH6320-WTE1 Indoor Station up-and-running and my DS-KV6113-WPE1 doorbell now ringing my mobile (thanks to advice from this forum!), my next step is trying to understand how to operate a gate lock!

So, the question is, what Gate locks can I use (I really need a latch type to replace my existing manual keypad one) - see:

I'm already confused on whether I need extra kit or not !

I thought (probably in my extreme naivity!), that the doorbell simply has a wire from it that actuates the lock/unlock of a door latch ?

My doorbell is PoE as is my Indoor Station.

Sorry i'm rubbish at this but this (forum) seems the place to be... !

Any clues appreciated !!!
