Email notification stopped after changing ISP-Advice Pse

Ds7204 Hikvision NVR was working and sending email notification but since I changed the ISP all emails have stopped but can still see cameras on the app; can anyone please help or offer advice. The App says that the software is the latest version and I have tried a hard reboot by completely turning the power off and back on- no change. Thanks DTCB

Can you login to view your DVR from a browser on a PC?
