Firmware for DS-2cd2385g1-I

Hi,
Need some help trying to identify and correctly update the firmware for a DS-2cd2385g1-I.
The basic info shows it as a DT385G. Can someone kindly point me in the right direction for the correct firmware.

Tried loading v5.6.3 build 190923 but it did not like that one.

It definitely looks like a rebadged DS-2CD2385G1-I, so this would be the firmware to try for that Hikvision model - v5.6.5 200316

However, this review for your camera on Amazon suggests that VIKLYN has customised the firmware to rebadge the camera and locked it to this version, meaning it cannot be upgraded with new Hikvision firmware:

So I would contact them or your supplier directly to confirm this and check if they have a newer firmware version that does work and can share with you.
