Help with Footage

Hi there.

I have a cheap camera from a company called Victure.

I have some footage taken from an SD card that was in the camera.

I am having really trouble trying to play this footage back either on pc/mac or even reinserting the sd card into the camera and viewing the playback history.

Please any help would be grateful. there is a potential crime on one of these files that the police need.

It may be that the camera is using a non-standard video CODEC or file format, your best chance of playing the footage is to use VLC - VLC Media Player Version 3.0 Released

Thanks for the reply. I have tried using VLC on mac and Pc with no luck.

I believe the file is encrypted by the camera and requires that decryption to be played.

I cannot however even play the file back through their IPC360 App by reinserting the SD card as it will not register that playback exists at the corresponding date and time.
