HI-CONNECT ONLY SHOWS 5 CHANNELS OF 16 THAT IT HAS. When I register my 16 channel nvr at https://www.hik-connect.com/ it appears 5 channels, it has the latest firmware verzion, and I have tried everything.

- Can you confirm the NVR model you have?
- Do you actually have 16 cameras? If so are they all Hikvision and are they all directly connected to the NVRs PoE ports, connected over the local network, or a mix of both?
- What do you see when you view the NVR in the Hik-Connect mobile app?

thanks for answering, the model is DS-7616NI-Q2 / 16P, all the cameras are connected directly to the poe, I can see the 16 channels on the monitor but in hi-connect I only see 5 channels, I don't have 16 cameras connected, for At the moment only 5 cameras, but when I connect to the wifi where my nvr is, at that moment hic connect shows me the cameras, my configuration is by p2p, by QR ... The correct thing is that hi connect shows me 16 channels although not have all 16 cameras connected
