I introduce myself, my name is Paul. 47 years I live in Switzerland and I'm interested in everything that is technology.
This is the Hik-connect system, at a certain point the notifications were no longer available. As a result he tried to delete the device from the application trying to reconfigure everything from the web interface. As per the instructions, insert nr. DVR serial number, the system finds it, adds it, then asks for the verification code and insert it. At this point the system keeps on communicating that the code is wrong. What model DVR do you have?
Are you running the latest firmware?
 
Model DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P
Firmware: V3.4.82 build 160914.
It is likely that I have the old version. I'll probably have to update the firmware, right?

I'm sorry, just one last question. do I have to reconfigure everything after the update? motion detection etc.?
