Hi, can anyone help? We have recently installed a hikvision alarm and camera system for our business. And have several users accessing the building at all hours. Is there a way to turn off audible notifications when the system is disarmed/alarmed? I still want an audible alarm obviously if there is a problem but not everytime a member of staff starts work earlier (sometimes 4.30am) which makes me quite unpopular in the bedroom! I would still want to see history of who is setting the alarm etc but only want the alarm coming to my phone for something serious. I hope this makes sense.

If you open the Hik-Connect app and go to the settings of the camera/NVR you are having the notification issues with then you can go to the Notification menu and either turn off push notification entirely or set a notification schedule for when you do and don't want to be notified by the app.
