What to fix this but your camera’s cannot record or formats your HDD every 30 minutes, they’d be good updates, pretty much the only issues we’ve not seen yet.

@fin These multi-page threads reach a point where me and my team just do not have the time to trawl back through and make sense of what you have done / are saying the problem is.

If you are still having a problem, please feel free to start a new thread and please clearly describe the issue.

Please include the model numbers for your NVR and cameras, and what firmware version each device is running.

Phil thanks, appreciate any help, I've started a new thread as below with all the details in one place, i do try and help other users on here in this great community it would be great if anyone could help with this as there appears a few of us with the same problem.
