Hik Connect Streaming Issue

Hi,
I have a hik deep in mind nvr but when we try and stream out of network its very slow and jumpy.
Its fine in network and also find out of network on playback.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

NVR model number?
Are you running the latest firmware? (check the portal)

You mean live view in the App is not good?
Android or IOS?

What's the internet connection at the NVR site like?
Especially the uplink speed?

There are newer firmware versions available here:
HIKVISION UK PORTAL

It is always worth updating to the latest available version, in case Hikvision have resolved your issue.

Thanks for your help Phil. Have updated but same issue. Anything else to try. Seams to start off well with the stream then tail off to nothing. Have basic streaming reaolution set too.

Could it be roaming data limitations (poor data signal), or is it the same when you are wi-fi connected at another site?

For reference, which Android device are you using?
