HIK Electric Gate & Intercom set up

Hi, We have an electric gate system with a HIK intercom system, however our provider has let us down. We have a small development of 3 properties, 1 is working ok, you push the button on the gate and their phones ring in the house, however I need to set up plot 2 & 3 and cant find anyone to do it, so looks like ill be doing it.

Can anyone give me any ideas where to start ?
