Hik-Connect Hik vision - intrusion alarm but no intrusion set up?

Hi I’m after a bit of advice - I’m running an ids7716nxi14/xb Hik vision nvr with 16 Hik cameras . One of the Ptz cameras keeps sending notifications for intrusion alarm , but no intrusions are set up . I’ve made sure they are off locally on the nvr and via explorer ip log in to the camera and the nvr , I’ve even put the camera back to factory and it’s still sending notifications .. any one got any ideas ? It’s a smart tracking mini Ptz
