Hikvision camera line crossing detection setup?

Hello,

Sorry for my english, i'm french .

I'm trying to get the line crossing option to work, but I can't.

It is correctly configured for me with sending mail (successful mail test) but I never receive anything.

There is no log so I do not know whether or not the detection is made.

I have a lead but confirm me? Do I absolutely have to put the SD card in the camera even if my storage (videos) is on my NAS?

have you an idea?
