Hikvision ColorVu DS-2CD2347G1-LU is no longer working properly (can't be found on the network)

Hello, I have two cameras model Hik 2347G1 that have been working for almost a year, powered by POE switch. For a few days now, one of them can't be found on the network and the NVR doesn't see it either. I disassembled it and supplied it directly to the 12v source, but I still can't see it on the network. If I leave it powered on every 10 minutes, the LEDs light up, they stay on for 2-3 seconds and then go out. I did a hard reset but without success. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It sounds like from your testing that the camera is likely faulty, If you have had the camera for less than 3-years then I would recommend contacting the seller you originally bought from to arrange a warranty return/replacement.
