Hikvision DS-2CD6362F-IV is not recognizing the SD card

I tried every file system format. I upgraded the firmware. And I could never see live-view on web browser. There’s no sd card showing up in storage management. Can’t do ANYTHING!!! Did y’all send me a defective camera!!!!?

Which browser are you using to view the camera? Your camera will only be fully accessible via Internet Explorer.

Also, double-check the camera is actually on the latest firmware, the camera's menus sometimes feature a 'check for updates' button which will often say the camera is up to date but this is not always true. The actual latest firmware can be found here (v5.4.5) - DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL
