Hikvision DS-2CD63C2F-IVS Fisheye camera resolution settings?

I have a DS-2CD63C2F-IVS which I believe is 12mp but am only able to set a maximum resolution of 2560x2560 when it is connected to my DS-9632NI-I8, can anyone advise as to how I can set it to 4000x3072?

A customer had a similar issue and the solution was quite simple, the 12MP resolution is only available when viewing the single circular fisheye image as this is the only viewing option where you are actually seeing the full resolution image, when you select 2x2 or panoramic layouts the images you see are actually cropped out of that larger 12MP image and thus the resolution is limited.

You can change the live view layout using the menu on the left-hand side of the browser live view, see below:

What Browser is that on as I cannot see it on any I’m using?

You have to use Internet Explorer to access this menu on the Fisheye cameras

All sorted now, thanks. On a different note is it possible to get a new dome lens protector for this camera as mine is scratched?

Good to hear you have that sorted, unfortunately, Hikvision does not offer replacement parts for fisheye cameras.
